三步复固法在治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨三步复固法在治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效.方法 选取我院骨科收治的68例儿童肱骨髁上骨折患者,分析、整理三步复固法治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的方法及治疗效果.结果 68例均得到随访,随访时间3个月～24个月,无骨化性肌炎发生,11 例合并神经症状患儿3～6d 均恢复;治愈64例,好转4例（5.88%）,治愈率94.12%.结论 儿童肱骨髁上骨折应用三步复固法治疗临床效果满意,适合基层医院推广使用.Objective to investigate the clinical effect of three step complex approach in the treatment of humeral condylar fracture in children. Methods 68 children with humeral condylar fractures were treated in our hospital in the Department of orthopedics, the approach and the effect of three steps of re fixation in the treatment of humeral condylar fracture in children were analyzed. Results of 68 cases were followed up, all the patients were followed up from 3 months to 24 months, no of myositis ossificans occurred, 11 cases with neurological symptoms in children with 3 - 6D recovered; 64 cases were cured, improved in 4 cases （5.88%）, the cure rate was 94.12%. Conclusion the clinical effect of three step complex approach for the treatment of humeral condylar fracture in children is satisfactory, and it is suitable for the popularization and application of the basic level hospital.
