对多发性骨与关节损伤患者进行综合性护理的效果研究

摘　　要：目的：探究对多发性骨与关节损伤患者护理的过程中使用综合性护理的效果.方法：对照组和观察组分别进行常规护理和在常规护理的基础上进行综合性护理,两组共80例患者均为我院2013年2月到2016年3月间收治通过随机分组而得;实施不同护理后对患者情况进行观察,分析其结果.结果：比较两组患者的并发症情况,观察组明显较低,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.针对性分析两组患者的护理满意率,观察组明显较高,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论：对多发性骨与关节损伤患者进行综合性护理的效果进行研究发现,其可以缩短患者住院时间,有效提高患者满意率,同时减少患者发生并发症的可能,对于患者恢复相对积极,因而值得临床应用.Objective： To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on patients with multiple bone and joint injury. Methods： routine nursing and comprehensive nursing care on the basis of routine nursing in control group and observation group, two groups of 80 patients were in our hospital from February 2013 to March 2016 were obtained by grouping randomly; the analysis of the outcomings. Results： the complications of the two groups were compared, the observation group was significantly lower, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups of patients was analyzed, the observation group was significantly higher, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： the comprehensive nursing effect on multiple trauma of bone and joint were found, which can effectively improve the patient satisfaction rate, for the recovery of patients is relatively positive, so it is worthy of clinical application.
