影响支抗种植钉稳定性的因素探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨影响支抗种植钉稳定性的因素.方法：将我院 2015年4月 -2016年4月间收治的62例植入微型种植钉的错颌患者纳入研究,本组患者共植入微型种植钉203颗,回顾性分析所有患者的临床资料,分析影响支抗种植钉稳定性的因素,包括下颌平面角、牙周炎史、牙周组织肿胀等因素.结果：本组62例患者微型种植钉植入成功率为90.32%（56/62）,周围组织肿胀发生率为24.19%（15/62）.对本组患者微型种植钉成功率的影响因素进行了分析,其中患者下颌平面角、口腔卫生状况、牙周炎史及牙周组织肿胀均为影响微型种植钉成功率的独立因素.结论：在微型种植钉植入手术中,注意让患者保持口腔清洁,患者下颌平面角也是影响支抗种植钉稳定性的重要因素,临床医师在进行种植方案设计时需以此为依据,从而避免牙周组织肿胀情况的发生,提高种植钉的成功率,使其达到良好的增强支抗效果.objective： to investigate the factors affecting the stability of the palatal planting nail. Conclusions： in miniature plant nail implants, pay attention to keep patients with oral cavity clean, patients with mandibular plane Angle is also a important factor affecting the stability of the palatal planting nail, clinicians in the planting design should be based on, so as to avoid periodontal tissue swelling situation, improve the success rate of the plant nail to enhance the resistance of good effect.
