40例男性乳腺发育的临床特点及中医药干预研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨男性乳腺发育的临床特点及中医药治疗男性乳腺发育的疗效.方法：选取我院门诊40例男性乳腺发育患者,总结其临床特点,运用我院任晓梅主任医师的经验方治疗男性乳腺发育,同时配合心理干预,治疗2月后,评估疗效.结果：男性乳腺发育以中青年和老年人多见,多数患者有熬夜的习惯,并伴有雌激素水平偏高.治愈10例（25%）;好转25例（62.5%）;未愈5例（12.5%）.结论：去除诱发男性乳腺发育的因素,配合疏肝理气、活血化瘀、调理冲任的中药治疗,加以心理干预,可取得较好的疗效.Objective： To investigate the clinical characteristics of gynecomastia and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gynecomastia. Methods： We summarized the clinical features of 40 outpatients of gynecomastia in our hospital and treated gynecomastia with the formula of Ren Xiao Mei Director, at the same time offered psychological intervention. After two months, we evaluated the efficacy of the treatment. Results： the young and middle-aged male patients were tend to have gynecomastia. The majority of them who had the bad habit of staying up late, and with the high level of estrogen. 10 cases were cured （25%）; 25 cases were improved （62.5%）; 5 cases （12.5%）were not improved. Conclusion： It is important to remove the predisposing factors and treat with herbs which could sooth the liver and regulat qi, promot blood circulation and remove blood stasis, regulate Chong and Ren. Psychological intervention was absolutely necessary .
