缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：研究缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效.方法：选择2014年1月～ 2016年1月期间医院收治的原发性高血压患者138例,随机分为观察组和对照组, 每组患者69例. 对照组患者单独使用硝苯地平控释片进行治疗, 观察组患者使用缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片进行治疗, 治疗2月后, 对比两组患者治疗前后的心率、舒张压、 收缩压等临床指标, 治疗后的疗效, 以及不良反应. 结果：两组患者治疗前的临床指标差异不具有统计学意义 （P〉0.05） , 治疗后观察组患者临床指标改善优于对照组患者,治疗后疗效优于对照组患者,不良反应发生率低于对照组患者差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压,具有十分良好的临床疗效.Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods： One hundred and thirty eight patients with essential hypertension admitted from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 69 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets alone. The patients in the observation group were treated with valsartan and nifedipine controlled release tablets. After 2 months of treatment, the heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure And other clinical indicators, efficacy after treatment, and adverse reactions. Results： There was no significant difference in the clinical indexes between the two groups before treatment （P〉 0.05）. After treatment, the clinical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the curative effect was better than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was low There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablets has a very good clinical curative effect in the treatment of essential hypertension.
