品管圈活动在降低血液透析治疗过程中家属陪护率中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨品管圈活动在降低血液透析治疗过程中家属陪护的比率.方法：成立品管圈小组,通过组织专题讨论,分析原因,提出解决问题的有效方法和改进措施,比较活动前后家属陪护的比率,从而确定活动效果.结果：通过6个月的品管圈活动,使家属在透析过程中的陪护率由37%降至 19%.结论：品管圈活动对降低血液透析治疗过程中家属的陪护率有显著效果,值得临床推广应用.Objective： To investigate the percentage of the Quality Control Circle activity in reducing family caregiving in the treatment of blood dialysis therapy. Methods： We set up the Quality Control group, organize seminars, analyse the cause and raise effective ways and corrective actions to solve problems. We also compare the percentages of the family caregiving before and after the activity. Then we will confirm the effect of the activity. Results： Through the Quality Control Circle activity, making the percentage of family caregiving reduce from 37% to 19% is an effective means to improve nursing supervision. Conclusions： The Quality Control Circle activity can increase the paramedics’ engagement in their work., improve the ability and cohesive force of team work and improve efficiency as well. Meanwhile, it can also provide patients with a safer and more comfortable therapeutic milieu and improve the blood dialysis therapy.
