摘　　要：目的 探讨综合三甲医院推广日间手术的机遇与威胁,提出相应策略,为医院大力推广日间手术制定相关政策和措施提供参考依据.方法 运用 SWOT 分析法对综合三甲医院推广日间手术的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行全面评估.结果 通过建立完善医、护、麻、管一体化的管理模式、院内资源的整合优化、日间手术医疗安全和医疗质量的保障制度,借助国家相关政策和扶持措施,强化优势、弱化劣势、正视威胁,得到初步认同.结论 三甲综合医院应抓住机遇,充分发挥医院优势,逐步探索适合自己医院发展的日间手术服务模式,使社会、医院、患者受益,解决看病难、看病贵的社会问题.Purpose： discussed the 3 armour hospital promotion ambulatory surgery opportunity and threat. Put forward the corresponding strategies.For promoting hospital mbulatory surgery related policies and measures to provide a reference basis.Method： SWOT analysis approach to comprehensive promote 3 armour hospital ambulatory surgery’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats to conduct a comprehensive assessment. Result：by establishing the perfect integration of medical and nursing, hemp, tube management pattern, the integration of hospital resources optimization, ambulatory surgery medical security and medical quality guarantee system, with the help of relevant national policies and supportive measures, strengthen the advantages, weaken the disadvantages and threats, in the face to get preliminary approval. Conclusion Three general hospital should seize the opportunity, give full play to the advantages of hospital, step by step to explore their ambulatory surgery service mode of hospital development, benefit the society, hospital and patients, to solve the problem of the society the difficulty and high cost of treatment.
