跟骨骨折克氏针复位解剖板固定70例治疗体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨应用克氏针复位解剖板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效.方法：通过回顾性分析本院 2013年至2015 年经过手术治疗的 Sanders 分型Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折患者70例.采用外侧入路切开复位解剖板内固定术.结果：68例患者获得随访,随访时间6-28个月,平均12个月.切口90%甲级愈合,10%乙级愈合;Bolher 角和Gissanes角获得改善;骨折临床愈合时间 8-14周.按 Mary-land foot score 评分标准：优61例,良5例,可2例,差0例,总优良率 97% .结论：应用克氏针辅助复位解剖钢板内固定治疗新鲜跟骨骨折获得满意临床效果,利于患者的功能恢复.Objective：To study the surgical treatment of calcaneal fracture using anatomical plate with Kirschner wire internal fixation. Methods：We retrospectively analyzed 70 patients with Sanders type II, III and IV calcaneal fractures who underwent surgery at our hospital between2013 and 2015.All patients were used lateral approach open reduction and anatomical heel plate internal fixation. Results：68 patients were followed up for 6-28 months, average 12 months.Class-A healing rate were 90%,Class-B healing rate were 10%;The Bolher angle and Gissanes angle were improved;The clinical fracture healing time was 8-14 weeks. According to the Mary-land foot score： excellent in 61 cases, good in 5 cases, fair in 2 cases, poor in 0 cases, the total excellent and good rate was 97%. Conclusions：Kirschner wire assisted reduction and anatomical heel plate internal fixation for the fresh fractures of calcaneus got satisfactory clinical effect,conducive to the recovery of the function of patients.
