摘 要:目的 探讨生化分析仪在样本检测过程中因总铁结合力试剂携带因素对于检测C 反应蛋白的干扰,及减少、消除的对策.方法 用日立7600全自动生化分析仪先后检测总铁结合力和 C 反应蛋白.通过在检测完总铁结合力后设置特殊的清洗程序及改变二者的检测顺序,来观察 C 反应蛋白检测值的变化情况.结果 研究表明,先检测总铁结合力以及检测完总铁结合力后设定特殊的清洗层序再检测 C 反应蛋白,与单独检测的 C 反应蛋白值均有统计学意义(P 〈0.05). 结论 在 C 反应蛋白与总铁结合力同时测定时,应先测定C反应蛋白,以消除因先测定总铁结合力造成的携带污染.本研究对其它检测项目在组合、测定顺序上有一定的借鉴意义,最大限度的清除试剂间的携带污染,以确保实验结果的准确性.Aim: This article aim to probe into the interference with testing C reaction protein thanks to total iron binding capacity in the process of testing sample and the diminishing & eliminating counter measures. Approach: Employing Hitachi 7600 full automatic biochemical analysis apparatus to test total iron binding capacity& C reaction protein one by one. After testing total iron binding capacity, configure special cleaning programme and alter both testing sequence in order to observe the change of C reaction protein testing value. Consequence: Researches show that testing total iron binding cap acity then configuring special cleaning programme then testing C reaction protein have the same statistics significance as the separate testing C reaction protein testing value(P〈0.05). Conclusion: When testing C reaction protein& total iron binding capacity at the same time, test C reaction protein firstly so as to eliminate the carrying contamination as a result of testing total iron binding capacity at first. This research has certain reference significance to other testing projects in terms of combination and testing sequence and can eliminate the carrying contamination in reagent room maximally in order to make sure of the accuracy of experiment consequence.
