中药、碘伏浸泡联合运用于糖尿病足患者治疗中的有效性评价

摘　　要：目的：评价中药、碘伏浸泡联合运用于糖尿病足患者治疗中的有效性.方法：以2016年2月1日到 2016年7月31 日期间到我院进行治疗的82例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组41例.对照组给予常规的治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药、碘伏浸泡联合治疗.结果：对照组治疗的总有效率为 97.6%由于对照组的73.1%,两组对比P〈0.05,有统计学意义.结论：中药、碘伏浸泡联合运用于糖尿病足患者治疗中效果十分显著,值得临床推广.Objective： to evaluate the traditional Chinese medicine soaking, iodine volts joint used in efficacy in the treatment of diabetic foot patients. Methods： on February 1, 2016 to July 31, 2016 to the hospital for treatment of 82 cases of diabetic foot patients as the research object, its were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 41 cases. The control group given conventional treatment, the observation group in the control group given on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine combined treatment, iodine volts. Results in the control group total effective rate was 97.6%, the control group was 73.1%, compared the two groups （P 〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion： traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, iodine volts soak joint used in patients with diabetic foot treatment effect is significant, worthy of clinical promotion.
