进展期非小细胞肺癌不同内科治疗方案的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：分析应用不同内科治疗方案在用于治疗进展期非小细胞肺癌时,患者的生活获益情况;方法：对我院采用不同内科治疗的84例进展期非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗效果进行回顾性分析;结果：应用维持治疗的患者,其疗效略优于单独应用化疗和吉非替尼治疗的患者;结论：在对于进展期非小细胞肺癌的的内科治疗方案中,应用维持治疗的方案对于患者的生存获益效果最佳.Objective： To analyze the life benefit of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） treated with different medical treatment regimens.Methods： 84 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer Results： In patients treated with maintenance therapy, the efficacy was slightly better than that of chemotherapy alone and gefitinib alone. Conclusion： In the medical treatment regimen for advanced non-small cell lung cancer, the use of maintenance The treatment regimen is best for the patient’s survival benefit.
