一例维生素K1过敏的护理体会

摘　　要：维生素 K1注射液,主要用于维生素 k 缺乏引起的出血.新生儿出血以及长期应用广谱抗生素所致的体内维生素 k 缺乏.副作用偶见过敏反应,静注过快,超过5mg/min,可引起面部潮红、出汗、支气管痉挛、心动过速、低血压等,曾有快速静脉注射致死的报道.新生儿应用本品后可能出现高胆红素血症,黄疸和溶血性贫血.用药中如不能及时考虑维生素K1的不良反应,处理不当可引起严重后果.本文针对本科2012年一例墨菲氏滴管滴入维生素K1发生过敏反应的处理方法及护理进行分析.Vitamin K1 injection, mainly used for vitamin K deficiency caused by bleeding. Neonatal hemorrhage and long-term use of broad-spectrum antibiotics due to the lack of vitamin K in vivo. Side effects I see an allergic reaction, the static note too fast, more than 5mg/min, can be caused by facial flushing, sweating, bronchospasm, tachycardia, hypotension, there have been reports of rapid intravenous injection of a lethal.this product may occur after application of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, jaundice and hemolytic anemia. If the adverse reactions of vitamin K1 can not be considered in time, the improper treatment can cause serious consequences. This paper for undergraduate in 2012 with Murphy’s dropper into vitamin K1 occur allergic reaction of treatment and nursing were analyzed.
