摘  要:本文用间苯二酚、苯酚、甲醛为原料 ,以一步共缩聚的方法合成了间苯二酚酚醛树脂胶粘剂 ;考查了共缩聚温度 ,共缩聚时间 ,间苯二酚的反应速率以及酚与醛摩尔比对胶粘剂凝胶时间与剪切强度的影响 ,发现共聚温度为 6 5℃ ,共聚时间为 3h ,间苯二酚的滴加速率为 2 5h ,酚 :醛摩尔比为 1:1的合成条件下 ,所得的胶粘剂剪切强度为 6 6 7MPa ,固体含量为 5 6 5 % ;10 0℃时的凝胶时间为 188s。比较试验所得的结果表明 ,一步法合成的胶粘剂性能与两步法性能相比 。In this paper,a bakelite resin adhesive was synthesized with raw materials of phenol,resorcinol,formaldehyde by the method of one stage process condenstion polymerization.The effects of condensation temperature,condensation time,adding ratio of resorcinol and mol ratio between phenol and aldehyde on gel time and shear strength were studied.It was found that the adhesive shear strength was 6.67MPa and dry content was 56.6% and gel time was 188s when the condensation temperature was 65℃,condensation time was 3h,adding ratio of resorcinol was 2.5h and mol ratio between phenol and aldehyde was 1:1.Contrast result between one stage process and two stage process showed that the properties of the former as good as the latter,all superiored with polyvinyl acetate emulsion.
