复方双花片联合西药对急性分泌性中耳炎患者血清及分泌物炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方双花片联合西药对急性分泌性中耳炎（secretory otitis media,SOM）患者血清及分泌物肿瘤坏死因子（tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（interleukin-6,IL-6）、白细胞介素-10（interleukin-10,IL-10）的影响。方法选择2014年8月-2016年6月浙江新昌人民医院收治的200例（244耳）SOM患者随机分为2组,对照组100例（120耳）仅予常规西医治疗,治疗组100例（124耳）在对照组基础上联合复方双花片治疗,治疗前后分别采集患者外周静脉血及中耳积液利用流式细胞术微球阵列法对TNF-α、IL-6及IL-10进行检测,对比2组疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为97.58%高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组治疗前后血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平无明显变化,差异无统计学意义。2组治疗后分泌物TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平明显降低,且治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论复方双花片联合西药治疗SOM的疗效显著,可有效减少中耳积液中的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10等炎症因子。Objective To investigate the effect of compound Shuanghua tablets combined with western medicine on serum secretions TNF-α,IL-6 and IL- 10 of patients with secretory otitis media. Methods A total of 200 cases（ 244 ears） with acute secretory otitis media in Zhejiang Xinchang People＇s Hospital from August 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group with 100 case（ 120ears） were only given conventional western medicine therapy,and the treatment group with 100 case（ 124ears） were given compound Shuanghua tablets on the basis of the control group. Peripheral venous blood and middle ear effusion of each patient was collected before and after treatment,and to detect the level of TNF-α,IL- 6 and IL- 10 by cytometric bead array,meanwhile the curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect of the treatment group（ 97. 58%） was higher than the control group（ 85. 00%）,the difference were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There were no significant difference on serum TNF-α,IL- 6 and IL- 10 between the two groups before and after treatment. The secretions TNF-α,IL- 6 and IL- 10 of the two groups after treatment were significantly reducing,and the treatment group were lower than the control group,the difference were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compound Shuanghua tablets combined with western medicine in traetment SOM is effective distinctly,and can reduce secretions TNF-α,IL- 6 and IL- 10 effectly.
