耳鼻喉科门诊100例头晕患者病因分析

摘　　要：目的分析某特定时间内耳鼻喉门诊就诊头晕患者的病种构成比。方法随机收集2012年6月—2014年2月该院就诊的100例头晕患者资料,分析其不同眩晕表现,并进行病种的归纳分析。结果耳鼻喉门诊常见的眩晕疾病分别为良性阵发性位置性眩晕51例(51%),梅尼埃病15例(15%),前庭性偏头痛10例(10%),高血压及后循环缺血导致眩晕9例(9%),前庭神经炎6例(6%),伴有眩晕的突发性聋6例,儿童良性阵发性眩晕3例(3%)。结论耳鼻喉门诊眩晕患者疾病构成复杂,应结合疾病特点做出正确诊断。Objective To analyse a certain period of time the constituent ratios of the diseases in ent outpatient clinic patients with dizziness. Methods Random selection collected 100 clinic patients with dizziness, from June 2012 to February2014, analysising the clinical manifestation of the disease and the classification of the disease. Results Ent clinic common vertigo disease of BPP respectively 51 cases（51%）, meniere＇s disease 15 cases（15%）, vestibular migraine 10 cases（10%）,high blood pressure and 9 cases of posterior circulation ischemia causes dizziness（9%）, 6 patients with vestibular neuritis（6%）, 6 cases of sudden deafness with vertigo, children benign paroxysmal vertigo in 3 patients（3%）. Conclusion Ent clinic patients with vertigo complex disease, should be combined with characteristics of disease to make the right diagnosis.
