腰椎TLIF单边固定与双侧固定对比研究

摘　　要：目的探析经椎间孔椎间融合术(TLIF)联合单边固定与双侧固定治疗腰椎退行性疾病的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2010年1月—2014年12月收治的52例腰椎退行性疾病患者,24例采取TLIF+单边椎弓根钉固定,28例传统TLIF+双侧椎弓根钉固定,比较两组手术指征、手术前后VAS评分等。结果单边固定手术时间(98.1±27.8)min、术中出血量(110.6±36.2)m L、住院时间(5.8±1.92)d,与传统双侧固定比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组术后VAS评分、ODI评分与术前比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,两组术后疗效比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论 TLIF联合单边固定与双侧固定治疗腰椎退行性疾病,均具有一定的临床效果,不过单侧内固定更具优势。Objective TLIF joint unilateral and bilateral fixation fixed the clinical effect of lumbar degenerative diseases.Methods Convenient selection our hospital in January 2010 to December 2014 were treated 52 cases of patients with lumbar degenerative disease, 24 cases take TLIF ＋ unilateral pedicle screw fixation, 28 cases of traditional TLIF ＋ bilateral pedicle screw fixation were compared surgery indications, VAS scores before and after surgery and so on.Results Unilateral fixation time（98.1 ± 27.8） min, blood loss（110.6 ± 36.2） mL, length of stay（5.8 ± 1.92） d, and the traditional bilateral fixed statistically significant difference, P〈0.05; two postoperative VAS score and ODI scores before surgery were significantly different P〈0.05, postoperative efficacy was no significant difference P〈0.05. Conclusion TLIF joint unilateral and bilateral fixation fixed lumbar degenerative disease, have some clinical effect, but fixed unilateral advantage.
