150例透明质酸钠凝胶预防人工流产后宫腔粘连的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨透明质酸钠凝胶在人工流产术后对宫腔粘连的预防效果。方法方便选取2015年6—12月在该院进行人工流产手术患者150例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组75例,两组同时采用同样的人工流产手术。对照组患者在术后给予广谱抗生素预防感染,治疗组术后注射医用透明质酸钠凝胶3 m L,并在术后给予广谱抗生素预防感染,然后对两组患者术后发生宫腔粘连的情况进行对比。结果对照组患者发生宫腔粘连的情况为7例,所占比例为9.32%,而治疗组仅出现2例,所占比例为2.66%;治疗组的微循环指标,毛细血管流速为(0.32±0.09)mm/s,白色微血栓个数为(1.03±0.26)个,红细胞聚集指数为(1.45±0.54),效果好于对照组的(0.21±0.11)mm/s,(1.67±0.23)个,(0.92±0.33);同时,我们发现患者阴道出血时间持续(4.43±1.45)d,月经恢复较快为(27.46±3.80)d,低于对照组的(8.86±1.49)d,(36.06±3.42)d。结论透明质酸钠凝胶可止血、预防宫腔感染和粘连,其操作简单,效果显著,不良反应小,可以在临床上推广和使用。Objective To discuss the effect of sodium hyaluronate gel on the prevention of intrauterine adhesion after induced abortion. Methods Convenient selection from June 2015 to December 2015 150 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 75 cases in each group, and the two groups were treated with the same artificial abortion operation. Patients in the control group were given antibiotics to prevent infection after surgery. After surgery, the treatment group was injected with medical sodium hyaluronate gel 3 m L. Results Control group of patients occurred caused by intrauterine adhesions in 7 cases, accounted for 9.32%,And the treatment group appear only in 2 cases, the proportion is2.66%;Treatment group of microcirculation, blood capillary flow velocity for（0.32 ± 0.09） mm/s,White micro thrombus was（1.03±0.26）,Red blood cell aggregation index was（1.45±0.54）,Better than in the control group（0.21 ± 0.11） mm/s,（1.67±0.23）,（0.92±0.33）;At the same time, we found that patients with vaginal bleeding duration（4.43±1.45） d,Menstruation restore faster（27.46±3.80） d,Lower than the control group（8.86±1.49） d,（36.06±3.42）d. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate gel can be used to prevent infection and adhesion. Its operation is simple and the effect is obvious, so it can be popularized and used in clinical practice.
