聚乙二醇电解质口服溶液用于术前肠道准备的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨聚乙二醇电解质口服溶液用于术前肠道准备中的有效性和安全性。方法方便选取2014年2月—2015年3月该院收治拟行腹腔镜手术的80例患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予术前口服20%甘露醇,观察组给予术前口服聚乙二醇电解质口服溶液,观察两组服药后的安全性、不良反应以及清肠效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组服药后安全性明显较高,不良反应发生率较低(7.5%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。与对照组相比,观察组药物口感好评率(97.5%)、服药的依从率(100%)明显较高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组清洁率为92.5%;对照组清洁率为62.5%,两组清洁率相比差异具有统计学意义(χ2=10.632,P<0.05)。结论聚乙二醇电解质口服溶液在术前肠道准备中具有较高的安全性和可靠性,使用方便,便于术前的肠道准备。Objective To investigate the oral polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution for bowel preparation before surgery in efficacy and safety. Methods Convenient selection February 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital undergoing laparoscopic surgery 80 patients were divided into control group and observation group, the control group received preoperative oral administration of 20% mannitol, observation group received preoperative oral polyethylene diol oral electrolyte solution, observe safety, side effects and after taking two bowel effect. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group was significantly higher medication safety, lower incidence of adverse reactions（7.5%）, P 〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Compared with the control group, the observation group of drugs taste favorable rate（97.5%）, medication compliance（100.0%） was significantly higher, P 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Clean the observation group was 92.5%; 62.5% in the control group cleaning, cleaning rate between the two groups was statistically significant compared to（χ2= 10.632,P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Polyethylene glycol-electrolyte oral solutions with high security and reliability, ease of use in bowel preparation before surgery, to facilitate bowel preparation before surgery.
