瑞芬太尼复合七氟烷靶控输注在老年肿瘤患者临床麻醉中的价值

摘　　要：目的探析老年肿瘤患者临床麻醉中应用瑞芬太尼复合七氟烷靶控输注的临床价值。方法方便选取该院2014年6月—2016年6月期间行手术治疗的90例老年肿瘤患者,随机均分为参照组与研究组,各45例。参照组给予瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注麻醉,研究组给予瑞芬太尼复合七氟烷靶控输注麻醉,对比2组患者各心血管指标水平及睁眼时间、拔管时间。结果在各时刻,2组心血管指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者的睁眼时间(5.1±4.1)min,拔管时间(9.0±4.2)min,均要短于参照组患者的(10.1±4.8)、(14.8±4.6)min,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼复合七氟烷、瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚的麻醉效果无差异,但前者清醒更快。Objective To study the clinical value of remifentanil combined with sevoflurane in the treatment of elderly patients with tumor. Methods Convenient selection 90 cases of elderly cancer patients in our hospital from June 2014 to June2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 45 cases in each group. The reference group was given remifentanil combined with propofol target controlled infusion anesthesia, the study group was given remifentanil combined with sevoflurane target controlled infusion anesthesia, compared 2 groups of patients with various cardiovascular indexes and eye opening time and extubation time. Results At the moment, 2 groups of cardiovascular parameters the difference was not statistically significant（P 0.05）; the study group of patients with open time（5.1±4.1） min, extubation time（9.0 ± 4.2） min, are shorter than the reference group of patients（10.1 ± 4.8）,（14.8 ± 4.6） min, The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Remifentanil Combined with sevoflurane and remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia has no difference, but the former is more conscious and faster.
