护理干预在老年髋关节置换术围手术期的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在老年髋关节置换术围手术期的应用。方法整群选取2014年10月—2016年6月该院收治的老年髋关节置换66例,采取随机数字表法将患者分为两组(对照组和干预组),每组33例。对照组实施常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上实施手术前的心理护理、手术前的准备工作、术中的护理、术后护理,康复护理以及出院指导,进行护理干预。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果干预组的临床疗效优良率达90.9%,明显高于对照组的60.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在围手术期对老年髋关节置换术患者实施护理干预,能够提改善患者的临床疗效,提高患者的生活质量,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective Explore the application of nursing intervention to elder patients with hip joint replacement on the perioperative period. Methods Group selection the 66 elder patients with hip joint replacement from our hospital between October 2014 and June 2016 were selected as the research object. These patients were divided into two groups（control group and intervention group）, 33 cases in each group, by a random number table method. Control group was only given routine nursing while intervention group was given the mental health care before operation, preoperative preparation, operative nursing, postoperative nursing, rehabilitation nursing and discharge guidance as nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Then, the clinical effects in two group patients were compared. Results In intervention group, the clinical curative effect was 90.9%, which was significantly higher compared with the control group（60.6%）,The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In perioperative period, the nursing intervention on elderly patients with hip replacement can improve the patients＇ joint swelling and pain, improve the patient＇s quality of life, and has high clinical value.
