下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨对下肢深静脉血栓形成患者实施综合护理干预的临床效果。方法整群选取该院2013年5月—2015年12月收治的59例发生下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,将其根据数据随机方式分为研究组和对照组。研究组30例采取针对性综合护理干预;对照组29例采取常规的护理干预。比较两组护理效果及预后。结果研究组满意率100.00%与对照组满意率75.86%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在住院期间,研究组30例患者,治愈4例,好转26例,未出现出血、新血栓形成和肺动脉栓塞;对照组29例,好转29例,3例发生出血,2例出现新的血栓形成,1例发生肺栓塞(因发现和治疗及时,无1例死亡)。结论对下肢深静脉血栓形成患者实施综合护理干预的临床效果显著,有效率高,明显提高患者对治疗和护理工作的满意率,促进患者快速康复,提高患者生活质量。有效的降低患者致残率及死亡率。值得临床推广。Objective To explore the implementation in patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis of the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention. Selection Methods Group selection from May 2013 to December 2015 were of59 cases of patients with deep vein thrombosis of lower limb, it divided into research group and the control group according to the data random way. Take corresponding comprehensive nursing intervention group 30 cases; Control group 29 cases take routine nursing intervention. Compare two groups of the nursing effect and prognosis. Results The team satisfaction rate of 100.00% compared with the control group 75.86% difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Two groups during hospitalization, the team of 30 patients, 4 cases were cured, 26 better, does not appear hemorrhage, thrombosis and pulmonary embolism; Control group 29 cases, improvement in 29 cases, 3 cases of hemorrhage, 2 cases of the emergence of a new thrombosis, 1 case of pulmonary embolism（due to the timely detection and treatment, with no deaths）. Conclusion For lower extremity deep venous thrombosis of the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with clinical effect is remarkable, high efficient, improve the satisfaction of patients for treatment and nursing, promote the patients＇ rapid recovery, improve patient quality of life. Effective in reducing patient morbidity and mortality. Worthy of clinical promotion.
