腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术的围手术期护理方法。方法方便选取2010年2月—2015年4月期间于该院接受甲状腺癌根治术的56例患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式的差异分为观察组(围手术期综合护理)和对照组(常规护理)各28例,对比两组患者的术后恢复效果、护理满意率以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组和对照组对比,观察组在平均住院时间[(3.52±2.15)d<(7.64±3.72)d]、术中出血量[(22.78±10.85)m L<(34.01±12.24)m L]以及疼痛VAS评分[(2.78±0.85)分<(4.01±1.24)分]等方面均明显低于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意率(89.3%>78.6%)明显高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术的围手术期护理效果显著,能够帮助患者尽快恢复健康。具有很高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate peri operative nursing of endoscopic resection of thyroid carcinoma. Methods Convenient selection a total of February 2010 to April 2015 during the month of our hospital accepted of 56 cases of thyroid cancer radical mastectomy as the research object, according to the difference of nursing is divided into observation group（peri operative nursing） and control group（routine nursing with 28 cases in each）, compared two groups of patients with postoperative recovery effect, nursing satisfaction rate and complications. Results The observation group and control group for comparison, the observation group in average hospitalization time [（3.52 ± 2.15） d （7.64 ± 372） d], intraoperative bleeding volume [（22.78 ± 1085） m L （34.01 ± 12.24） m L] and VAS pain scores were [（2.78±0.85） points （4.01±1.24）points] etc. were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. To observe the groups of patients and nursing satisfaction rate（89.3% 78.6%） is significantly higher than the control group, compared with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic resection of thyroid cancer Wai operation period nursing effect Significantly, can help patients recover as soon as possible, with a high clinical value.
