摘 要:为了研究污泥掺量对污泥烧结页岩多孔砖耐水性能的影响,以便找到最佳污泥掺量的同时找出一种非破损检测砖体耐水性能的方法,首先测定不同污泥掺量下污泥烧结页岩多孔砖在饱水状态下砖体导热系数,再测定其抗压软化系数。结果表明:污泥烧结页岩多孔砖软化系数随着污泥掺量的增加而增大,砖体饱水状态下的导热系数也随着污泥掺量增加而增大。当污泥烧结页岩多孔砖软化系数Kp≥0.85时,污泥烧结页岩多孔砖污泥掺量不得大于20%。建议将饱水状态下砖体导热系数作为评价砖体耐水性能指标,以达到非破损检测砖体耐水性能的目的。In order to study the effect of sludge content on the water resistance of sludge sintered shale porous brick,and to find the optimum mix amount of sludge and a non-destructive method to assess the water resistance of the brick body,the thermal conductivity of the brick body under saturation condition with different mix amounts of sludge is firstly determined, and the compressive strength and softening coefficient of the brick body are then determined to conduct the study on the effect of sludge content on the water resistance of the brick body. The results show that the softening coefiicient of the sludge sintered shale porous brick increases with the increase of sludge content, and that the thermal conductivity of the brick body in saturation condition also increases with the in-crease of sludge content. When the softening coefficient of sludge sintered shale porous brick Kp ≥0. 85, the sludge content in the brick should not be larger than 20% . It is suggested that the thermal conductivity of brick body under saturation condition could be taken as a performance index to evaluate the water resistance of the brick body so that the non-destructive test for the water resistance of the brick body could be realized.
