摘 要:电流密度分布是圆形线—板式电除尘器重要的电气特性之一。为进一步弄清圆形线—板式电极极板电流密度的分布规律,提高该类型电除尘器的除尘效率,有效防止反电晕,文中在异极距(b)为100 mm的条件下,分别测定了同样极板面积下1-8根电晕线的总放电电流情况;利用Tassicker边界探头(BP)法测定电晕线束状放电点正下方的电流密度分布。结果表明,总电晕电流随电晕线数量增加先增大后减小。当外加电压为40-60 k V、电晕线数量为2根时总电流值总是最大。单根电晕线束状放电点正下方的电流密度分布与t分布模型有较好的一致性;双根电晕线内侧电流密度由于电晕线间的放电抑制作用而低于t分布值,双电晕线外侧电流密度当r≥0.4b时与t分布趋于一致,最大电流密度值出现在外侧0.2b附近。Current density distribution is one of the most important electrical characteristics of wireplate electrostatic precipitators( ESPs). In order to increase dust removal efficiency and to avert back corona,current density distribution should be investigated. Total corona current of wire-to-plate electrode was measured respectively when the number of discharging wires changes from 1 to 8. The area of ground plate is fixed and the wire-to-plate spacing b is 100 mm. Current density distribution beneath tuft discharge point on the wire was measured using Tassicker boundary probe( BP). Total corona current value first increases and then decreases as the increasing of the number of corona wires. Total current reaches the maximum when the number of wires is 2 and the applied voltage is in the range of 40 - 60 k V. The experimental results also show that the current density distribution on the plane of single wire to plate electrode follows t-distribution model. The current density inside the project of the two wires is less than the value of t-distribution,and approaches to the t-distribution model when r≥0.4b. The maximum current density emerges when r = 0.2b.
