摘　　要：目的探讨一次性包皮切割缝合器在包皮环切术中的应用。方法选择2008年1月至2016年2月在我院行包皮环切术的1200例患者作为研究对象,按手术方式分为传统组和研究组各600例,传统组行传统包皮环切术,研究组行一次性包皮切割缝合器包皮环切术。比较两组手术时间、伤口愈合时间、术中出血发生率、术中及术后伤口开裂发生率、术后明显水肿发生率、术后感染率。结果研究组手术时间和并发症发生率低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论一次性包皮切割缝合器应用于包皮环切术,优势明显,值得临床推广。Objective To study the application of disposable circumcision suture device in circumcision.Methods A total of 1200 patients with redundant prepuce or phimosis in our hospital from January 2008 to February 2016 were divided into traditional group and study group,with600 cases in each group.Traditional group received traditional circumcision,and study groupused disposable circumcision suture device.The operation time,wound healing time,intraoperative bleeding rate,wound cracking rate,postoperative edema rate,postoperative infection rate were compared.Results The study group＇s operation time and incidence rate of complication were lower（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of disposable circumcision suture device had obvious advantage,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
