摘 要:目的通过比较^(60)Co辐照前后蛇胆陈皮散中主要成分橙皮苷的含量变化,考察不同辐照剂量对蛇胆陈皮散质量的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(35:65),流速为1 m L/min,柱温为26℃,检测波长为283 nm,进样量20μL,统计学分析方法为SPSS单因素分析。结果每g样品计算,辐照剂量0、2、6和10 k Gy橙皮苷的量分别为43.37、42.32、35.93和42.43mg。结论实验辐照剂量下,橙皮苷含量均符合药典标准。辐照剂量为2 k Gy和10 k Gy的^(60)Co辐照对蛇胆陈皮散中的橙皮苷的含量无影响,而辐照剂量为6 k Gy的^(60)Co辐照可使蛇胆陈皮散中的橙皮苷的含量显著减少。Aim To compare the contents of hesperidin in Shedan-Chenpi powder after different irradiation doses of ^60 Co- γ and find the influence of radiations. Methods The chromatographic column Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 (4.6×150 mm,5μm) was adopted. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (35:65) at the flow rate of 1ml/ min. The column temperature was 26℃. UV detection wavelength was 283 nm and the sample volume was 20 (μ L. The results were further analyzed by SPSS one way ANOVA method. Results The contents of hesperidin in Shedan-Chenpi powder from the irradiation doses of 0 kGy, 2 kGy, 6 kGy and 10 kGy were 43.37 mg, 42.32 mg, 35.93 mg and 42.43 mg per 1 gram respectively. Conclusion The contents of hesperidin from all irradiation doses met the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The irradiation doses of 2 kGy and 10 kGy had no effect on the contents of hesperidin, and the irradiation doses of 6 kGy could significantly reduce the content of hesperidin in Shedan-Chenpi powder.
