伤科中药敷膏配合红外线理疗灯热渗透治膝关节急性滑膜炎

摘　　要：膝关节急性创伤后局部产生了气血失和,风寒挟痰湿下注于膝关节部位,引起滑膜细胞分泌增多所致的渗液产生非感染性炎症,造成关节局部出现红肿灼热、淤血作痛、发软酸痛、屈曲受限等。由此,采用伤科中药敷膏,配合红外线理疗灯热渗透照射膝关节部位,具有消炎止痛、化淤散结、转化瘢痕,对关节活动不利的功能恢复具有明显疗效。上述两者方法联合治疗,是操作简便安全、副作用小、药费低廉的一种有效方法。After acute injury of the knee joint, locally produced estrangement of qi and blood, wind chill carried phlegmy wet bet on knee joint parts, caused synovial cell secretion increased within the joints caused by the drainage noninfectious inflammatory reaction, appeared not to support joint local swelling and pain, heartburn, soft acid bilges, constrained buckling, etc. This article uses the external treatment of TCM TDP magnets potter heater, hot soak illuminate the knee joint position of the radiant panel, anti-inflammatory analgesic, huayu fights, transformation of scar, unfavorable functional recovery has obvious curative effect on joint activities. The above two methods combined treatment, the operation simple and safe, small side effects and low expenses for medicine is an effective method.
