摘 要:为治理某地受TNT红水污染的土壤,采用热分解法处理被污染的土壤,研究了热分解温度、热分解时间、污染土壤样品的质量对处理效果的影响。结果表明,当温度达到300℃以上时,土壤中残余的有机物耗氧量随着热分解温度的增加而降低,且污染土壤样品的洗涤水颜色随着温度的升高越来越浅;土壤中残余有机物的耗氧量随着热分解时间的延长而降低、随土壤质量的增加而升高。确定的最佳工艺条件是:热分解温度为500℃、热分解时间为10min、污染土壤的样品质量为30g,此工艺下土壤中残余的有机物耗氧量从原始污染土壤的15.75mg/g降至0.1642mg/g,去除率为98.96%。GC-MS检测结果表明,热分解法对处理TNT红水污染土壤中的污染物具有明显的去除效果。To control the soil polluted by TNT red water in a certain area, the polluted soil was treated by thermal decomposition method.and the effect of thermal decomposition temperature, thermal decomposition time and mass of polluted soil samples on the treatment effect of TNT red water polluted soil was studied. The results show that when the temperature reaches more than 300℃ , the residual organic oxygen demand in soil decreases with increasing the thermal decomposition temperature, and the color of washing water of the polluted soil samples becomes more and more shallow. With increasing the thermal decomposition time, the residual organic oxygen demand in soil decreases. With increasing the mass of polluted soil sample, the residual organic oxygen demand in soil increases. The optimal processing conditions are determined as: when the thermal decomposition temperature is 500℃ , thermal decomposition time is 10min and mass of polluted soil samples is 30g, the residual organic oxygen demand in soil decreases from 15. 75mg/g in the original polluted soil to 0 . 1 6 4 2m g /g , the removal efficiency is 98. 96% . GC-MS test results show that the thermal decomposition method has obvious effect for treating the polluted soil.
