西柏坡时期党的工作纪律建设及其当代启示

摘　　要：西柏坡时期中国共产党制定了一系列纪律,其中工作纪律的制定与执行,不仅为解放战争的胜利和实现历史性转变提供了坚强保障,而且对于今天仍有重大现实指导意义。具体来讲:一是保证党的各项工作顺利进行离不开严明的工作纪律;二是制定工作纪律要从小处着手;三是工作纪律要抓在经常,严在日常。Among the disciplines enacted by CCP in Xibaipo period,the establishment and execution of work discipline not only guaranteed the victory of Liberation War and the historic transformation,but also provided realistic guidance for current work. This paper points out that all kinds of Party work cannot proceed smoothly without strict discipline,the establishment of work discipline should start small and the discipline should be executed strictly and regularly.
