参芎注射液对糖尿病心脏自主神经病变患者CRP及心率变异的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参芎注射液对糖尿病心脏自主神经病变患者心率变异性的影响。方法选取2型糖尿病心脏自主神经病患者86例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,对照组常规降糖及对症治疗外给予甲钴胺针500 ug静脉推注,1次/d;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用参芎注射液100 m L/d静脉滴注。共2周。观察两组治疗前后CRP水平及HRV指标的变化。结果与治疗前比较,治疗2周后两组血清Hs-CRP水平显著降低(P<0.05),治疗2周后两组SDNN、rMSSD、PNN50、LF、HF升高,LF/HF比值降低(P<0.05),治疗组比对照组效果更明显(P<0.05)。结论参芎注射液能明显降低糖尿病心脏自主神经病变患者血清Hs-CRP水平,改善心率变异指标,其疗效可能与炎症改善有关。Objective To explore the effect of shenxiong glucose injection on inflammatory cytokines（High-sensitivity C-real- tion） and heart rate variability（HRV）of diabetic patients with cardio vascular autonomic neuropathy（CAN）. Methods 86 diabetic patients with CAN were were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（n=43）.The control group given low salt, low fatdiet and treatment with insulin and Methylcobalamin 500 μg/day intravenous injection for two weeks. In treatment group, patients were treated with Methylcobalamin 500 μg/day intravenous injection and intravenous injection shenxiong glucose injection 100ml/day for two weeks. Before and after two weeks treatment,the serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）,liver and kidney function were examined; All of them had 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram record and their HRV time domain and frequency domain indicators were analyzed and indicator of HRV of each group was compared. Results Compared with before treatment, after two weeks, the serum levels of Hs-CRP and FBG level significantly decreased in the two groups（P〈0.05）;Standarddiviation of NN intervals（SDNN）, the difference of mean square root（r MSSD）,Edinburgh index（PNN50）, low frequency（LF）,high frequency（HF） significantly increased, and LF/HF significantly decreased in two groups（P〈0.05）. But the treatment group effect is more apparent than in the controls（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenxiong glucose injection could obviously reduce the serum level of Hs-CRP. Could inhibit the inflammation stress and improve the function of HRV in diabetic patients with CAN.
