摘　　要：目的研究分析使用多普勒超声进行妊娠期胎儿静脉血流测定的临床效果。方法根据该院2015年1—9月接收的35例血糖控制良好妊娠糖尿病孕妇来进行观察,同期选取35例正常孕妇作为对照组,两组都接受了彩色多普勒超声测定胎儿肺静脉、静脉导管和下腔静脉心室收缩期峰值流速(S)、心室舒张期峰值李素(D)与心房收缩期流速(A)等检查项目。结果观察组胎儿的各项监测指标和对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声可以清晰显示妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胎儿的肺静脉、静脉导管和下腔静脉的血流频谱,临床中可以使用该种检查方式来评估围产儿生长情况,为妊娠期糖尿病治疗提供依据。Objective To study the clinical effect of the use of Doppler ultrasound in the measurement of fetal venous blood flow during pregnancy. Methods According to our hospital from January 2015 to September received 35 cases of good glycemic control of pregnant women with gestational diabetes were selected for observation, 35 cases of normal pregnant women as control group, two groups underwent color Doppler ultrasound measurement of fetal pulmonary vein, venous catheter and inferior vena cava ventricular systolic peak velocity（S）, left ventricular diastolic peak（Li Su D） and atrial systolic velocity（A） test. Results Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the monitoring indexes of the observation group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Clearly show the blood flow spectrum of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus fetal pulmonary vein, venous catheter and inferior vena cava can color Doppler ultrasound can be used in the clinical examination to evaluate perinatal growth, provide the basis for the treatment of gestational diabetes.
