摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病乳酸酸中毒患者的血液滤过治疗措施。方法回顾分析该院2013年9月—2015年9月之间收治的20例糖尿病乳酸酸中毒患者血液滤过的治疗方式。结果该组收治的20例糖尿病乳酸酸中毒患者经血液滤过治疗后,显效者8例,有效者10例,无效者2例,总有效率为90.00%。结论对糖尿病乳酸酸中毒患者行血液滤过治疗,可得到满意疗效。Objective To investigate the hemofiltration therapy in patients with diabetic lactic acidosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in September 2013 to September 2015 between 20 cases of diabetic patients with lactic acidosis hemofiltration treatment. Results Twenty patients with diabetic lactic acidosis were treated by hemofiltration, 8 cases were effective, 10 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90.00%. Conclusion The patients with diabetic lactic acidosis can be treated by hemofiltration.
