摘  要:针对舰船结构抗高速破片侵彻问题,开展弹道实验,分析船用钢靶板的破坏模式,得到弹体质量、初速和入射角度以及靶板厚度等影响因素对钢板整体抗弹性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:破片高速侵彻下,总面密度相同的情形下,多层薄钢板第一层的破坏模式与中厚钢板相同,但后面各层的破坏模式与中厚钢板差异较大,越靠近背层,花瓣开裂破坏的程度越大。破片高速侵彻下,钢板的整体抗侵彻吸能能力随弹体质量、弹体初速、入射角以及靶板总厚度的增大而提高,随层数的增多而降低。Aiming at the study of warship structure subjected to impact by typical defense target projectiles,a series of ballistic experiment were carried out to investigate the failure modes. The ballistic performance regularity of the marine steel plate against the projectiles mass,initial velocity,incidence angle and configuration of projectiles was obtained. It was showed under impact by high velocity,the failure mode of the first layer steel plate is shear plugging like intermediate targets,but the layers behind metal plate have much difference with intermediate targets,the closer to the back layer,the greater the degree of petal cracking. The ballistic performance of metal plates improves with increasing of the projectiles mass,initial velocity,incidence angle and thickness of metal plates.
