轮机工程专业培养目标分析

摘　　要：针对本校轮机工程专业毕业生中获得高级船员资格的人数越来越少的问题,结合培养目标和"卓越工程师"计划,对比相关院校对该计划的实施情况,借鉴国外培养航海类专业人才的经验,提出按照不同就业方向完善培养目标的建议,将航运业高端人才和领军人物作为"卓越工程师"班的培养目标。To solve the problem of that marine engineering officer qualifications obtained are less and less,combining with the training objective and the excellent engineer plan,the implementation of relevant institutions of the program was contrasted.Learning from the experience of training navigation personnel abroad,some proposals were put forward to improve the training objective according to the different employment direction,taking senior talents and leaders of the shipping industry as the training objective of excellent engineers class.
