摘　　要：考虑到卓越工程师培养计划是国家教育部为改变人才培养模式,培养创新性、工程性和国际性工程人才而提出的人才培养战略,针对卓越计划的内涵和人才培养标准的重要性,提出卓越航海技术专业的人才培养标准和切实可行的实现途径。The excellent engineer training program is proposed by the Ministry of education to change the mode of talent training,in order to train innovative,engineering and international engineering personnel. In light of the connotation and importance of the excellence program,the talent training standards were proposed of navigation technology specialty in marine college of excellent engineer training program,as well as the feasible ways to realize.
