基于“模拟机舱+教练团队”的操作级ERM实践教学模式探索

摘　　要：为培养符合《STCW公约马尼拉修正案》要求的操作级轮机员,分析国际公约及国家海事局的规范标准,明确教学任务,搭建满足实践教学目的平台,制定并实施教学方案。运用"模拟机舱+教练团队"的实践教学模式,规划教学过程和策略,实践教学表明,教学效果良好,满足STCW公约马尼拉修正案的船员培养要求。To satisfy the STCW requirements for the operating level marine engineer,the standards and norms set by international conventions and China Maritime Administration were analyzed regarding the course of Engine Room Resource Management,to clarify the teaching tasks,establish the associated practical teaching platforms,design and implement teaching schemes. The training model of＂shore based modern engine room ＋ coach team＂was applied to elaborate the teaching processes and methods. The training model obtained satisfied results and met the requirements of crew training.
