摘 要:选择了Pb_(0.88)Sr_(0.12)Zr_(0.54)Ti_(0.44)Sb_(0.02)O_3作为研究的基础配方,采用氧化物混合烧结工艺制备压电陶瓷片。在球磨前加入柠檬酸铵分散剂,研究添加柠檬酸铵分散剂对锆钛酸铅锶系压电陶瓷Pb_(0.88)Sr_(0.12)Zr_(0.54)Ti_(0.44)Sb_(0.02)O_3组织与性能的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和电子扫描显微镜(SEM)分别对压电陶瓷的晶体结构以及材料的内部组织进行了分析。结果表明,柠檬酸铵分散剂的加入促进钙钛矿相的出现,获得了三方相与四方相共存的准同型相界;研究了添加不同浓度分散剂对压电陶瓷的压电性能一致性的影响。添加分散剂柠檬酸铵后,压电陶瓷综合性能变好,同一批次多片陶瓷样品的各参数一致性变好,当分散剂柠檬酸铵w=5%时,压电陶瓷的压电常数d33为597.75pC/N,机电耦合系数Kp为0.662,介电损耗tanδ为2.09%。The influence of dispersant on microstructure and electrical properties of Pb0.88 Sr0.12 Zr0.54 Ti0.44 Sb0.02 O3 was investigated.Ammonium citrate was added during ball milling.XRD and SEM of the ceramics were em-ployed to study the crystal structure and morphograghy,respectively.The results show that the single perovs-kite phase and the morphotropic phase boundary was obtained after adding ammonium citrate.The fluctuation of dielectric and piezoelectric properties was showed for the samples with different amount of ammonium citrate. Pb0.88 Sr0.12 Zr0.54 Ti0.44 Sb0.02 O3's comprehensive performance was enhanced for adding ammonium citrate.The pie-zoelectric constant(d33)597.75 pC/N,the dielectric constant(ε)3343.83,the electromechanical coupling coeffi-cient (Kp)0.662 and the dielectric loss (tanδ)2.09% were obtained for the sample with 5% dispersant.
