摘  要:选取2008年12月21日寒潮天气与2010年5月30日雷雨大风天气两个个例,探讨了寒潮天气与雷雨大风天气对连云港近岸海域风力、海况和海浪等要素产生的影响。寒潮天气,风速逐渐增大,海况、海浪也随之逐渐增大;雷雨大风天气,风速快速增大,海况、海浪也随之快速增大;雷雨大风天气比寒潮天气造成的风浪变化来得突然,不易判断和预防。针对寒潮天气,应用Wilson公式估算海浪波高和利用数值预报模拟推算海浪波高的计算比较准确,与实际观测值的误差小于10%。We addressed the impact of cold wave and thunder storm weather on off-shore wind power, sea state and sea wave of Lianyungang sea area based on cold wave on December 21, 2008, and thunder storm on May 30, 2010. For cold wave weather, sea state and wave gradually increased with the increase of wind speed. For thunder storm weather, sea state and wave rapidly increased with the quick increase of wind speed. Thunder storm caused more prompt variation of sea wave than cold wave, difficult to judge and prevent. For cold wave weather, we employed Wilson formula to estimate wave height of sea wave, and numerical forecasting to simulate the calculation of wave height of sea wave. This is more accurate than practical observed value, less than 10% error.
