摘 要:采用7.5 cm的直腔,对LD泵浦的Nd:YVO_4/Cr^(4+):YAG被动调Q激光器的脉冲性能进行了相关实验研究。采用两块不同透过率的输出镜和两块不同小信号透过率的Cr^(4+):YAG晶体,分别研究了调Q脉冲的平均输出功率、脉冲宽度、重复频率、单脉冲能量以及峰值功率随泵浦功率的变化关系。在泵浦功率达到13.3 W时,采用6.5%的输出镜和小信号透过率为60%的Cr^(4+):YAG晶体得到了最短脉宽为15 ns且具有高稳定性和可靠性的调Q脉冲输出,其相应的峰值功率可达到3.04 k W,适用于军事国防领域。We investigated the pulse performance of a LD-pumped passively Q-switched Nd: YVO4/Cr^4+ :YAG laser with a 7.5 cm straight cavity. We employed two output plane mirrors with different transmissions and two Cr^4+:YAG crystals with different initial transmissions to research the variation of average output power, pulse width, pulse frequency, single-pulse energy and pulse peak power with pump power. High stability and reliability Q-switched pulse with the shortest pulse width of 15 ns was obtained at T=6.5% and T0 = 60% when pump power was 13.3 W. Its corresponding peak power can reach 3.04 kW, so it has very broad application prospect in military defense.
