摘 要:某电厂新建2×660 MW超超临界低热值煤发电项目烟风系统的主要辅机采取单列布置,系统的可靠性比双列布置时有所下降,通过分析辅机单列方案的特点,从仪表配置、控制系统配置及热工保护等方面采取措施,对控制系统进行逐层优化,以提高辅机系统的安全性、可靠性和稳定性。The air-flue gas system of a newly built 2 × 660 MW ultra-supercritical unit adopts single-row configuration for auxiliary equipment, the stability of which is lower than that of double-row configuration. By analyzing the characteristics of the single-row arangement scheme for auxiliary equipments and taking some measures from the aspects of instrumentation configuration, control system and protection system etc., and the control system was optimized step by step. Practice has proved that the method improves the safety, reliability and stability of auxiliary system, and plays a guiding role in the future.
