接枝共聚提高蚕丝染色及抗皱性能的研究

摘  要:在二价铜离子的过氧化氢溶液体系下,蚕丝织物分别与丙烯酸(AA)和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)及二者混合物发生接枝共聚反应。优化实验结果显示:蚕丝与GMA共聚下,随着体系中H2O2溶液质量浓度不断增加至2.652 g/L时,接枝率和接枝效率达到最高:体系中Cu2+的质量浓度增加至0.84 g/L,接枝率(GP%)、接枝效率(GE%)提高;蚕丝与AA共聚下,H2O2溶液质量浓度为4.125 g/L,Cu2+的质量浓度为2.85 g/L,接枝率和接枝效率达到最高。实验分析接枝反应体系中AA和GMA质量浓度的变化对GP%和GE%影响的内在机理。通过优化配比,在干燥状态下,样本织物褶皱恢复角由233°提高到324°,染色性能、蚕丝增重性能和吸湿回潮率也得到提高。Copolymerization of acrylic acid(AA) and /or glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) with silk was carried out using H2O2/Cu^2+reduced system. The results revealed that, in GMA system increasing H2O2 concentration enhance polymerization up to 2. 625 g/L GP and reaches the peak, while in the AA system the optimization parameter of H2O2 concentration is 4. 125 g/L. Presence of Cu^2+ions up to 0. 84 g/L accelerates the polymerization of( GP) and( GE) in GMA system, while in the AA system the Cu^2+concentration is 2. 85 g/L.Studied the inner mechanism of(GP) and(GE) changes affected by Increasing GMA and AA concentrations within the range. Crease-recovery angle increased from 233° to 324°in the dry state. Dye ability as well as weighting and moisture regain properties were also improved.
