摘 要:油浸式变压器稳定满载运行过程中,铁芯、绕组会产生大量热量,故对其使用寿命产生严重影响。因此,有必要对油浸式变压器的铁芯、绕组温度场的热点分布情况进行研究。本文通过计算得到在满载运行过程中的各部分损耗产热,将其损耗数据转换为发热载荷输入ANSYS CFX中对该35k V油浸式变压器进行温升分析,得到该油浸式变压器的温升分布情况。仿真结果表明,在满载运行过程中,120min内,温升由高到低依次是:低压绕组,高压绕组,铁芯。从而为油浸式变压器的安全传输以及分配提供可靠的依据。In the full loading process of oil-immersed transformers, iron core, winding will generate a lot of heat, so it has a serious impact on their life. Therefore, it is necessary to study the hot distribution of the temperature field of iron and winding. In this article, we can know hot distribution of each part via calculation when transformers are in full loading operating process and convert the loss of data to heat loading and then enter it to ANSYS CFX for the analysis of the rising temperature of the 35kV oil-immersed transformers. At last, we learn the temperature distribution. From the result of the simulation, at the full loading operation and within 120min, the temperature descending order shows:low-voltage winding, high-voltage winding, core. So as to it can provide a reliable basis for the secure transmission and oil-immersed distribution transformers.
