摘　　要：本文通过选取无锡市第二人民医院神经外科监护室(NSICU)2016年2-3月收治的使用规范化约束管理的15例躁动患者作为研究对象,从患者的约束使用情况及护士的执行情况方面进行分析,和未进行规范化约束管理的2015年12月份相比较,2016年2、3月份约束具使用的并发症发生率减少,同时能提高护士执行的规范性。This paper selects 15 restless patients who were treated by the normalized constraint management from February to March in 2016 of Wuxi Second People＇s Hospital as the example to analyze the restraint use of patients and the implementation of nurses. Compared with December 2015, which was not managed by the standardized management, the incidence of complications was reduced and the standardization of the implementation of the nurses was improved in February and March 2016.
