摘　　要：中苏科技合作委员会成立于1954年,是集审议、协商、签约、执行和监督于一体的合作交流机构,其主要工作内容包括两国间科技资料的交流和科研人员的互访、考察、合作及培训。在其存在的12年时间里,中苏科技合作委员会共召开15次会议,审议、批准并实施了大量科技合作项目,有力地推动了中苏科技合作交流的发展。由于受中苏关系变化的影响,加上其自身工作机制上存在的缺陷,1960年以后中苏科技合作不断下滑。1966年"文化大革命"开始后,中苏科技合作终止,中苏科技合作委员会也被撤销。Sino-Soviet Cooperation Committee of Science and Technology was a cooperation and exchange organ of review, negotiation, signing, implementation and supervision founded in 1954. The main work includes 2 aspects: technology information exchange between the two countries and visits, study, cooperation and training of the scientific research personnel. In the 12 years of its existence, Sino-Soviet Cooperation Committee of Science and Technology held a total of 15 meetings which reviewed, approved and implemented a large number of science and technology cooperation projects and effectively promoted the development of Sino-Soviet cooperation and communication of science and technology. Due to changes of the Sino-Soviet relations and its defects of working mechanism, Sino-Soviet cooperation of science and technology after 1960 continuously declined. After the 'cultural revolution' started in 1966, Sino-Soviet cooperation of science and technology was terminated and Sino-Soviet Cooperation Committee of Science and Technology also has been revoked.
