南瓜肉外用对小鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察南瓜肉外用对小鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合的影响。方法:将48只昆明小鼠背部脱毛,随机分为生理盐水对照组、京万红对照组、南瓜肉组,每组各16只。复制深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,生理盐水对照组、京万红对照组及南瓜肉组分别给予生理盐水、京万红(厚度2 mm,0.35 mg·cm^(-2))、南瓜肉(厚度2 mm,0.25 mg·cm^(-2))均匀涂抹于各组小鼠创面,观察创面形态变化及小鼠情志饮食变化,比较各组小鼠愈合时间、各时相点的愈合率,制作病理切片观察病理变化。结果:与生理盐水对照组比较,京万红对照组及南瓜肉组愈合时间明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),京万红对照组及南瓜肉组创面愈合率较生理盐水组显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。南瓜肉组病理变化明显改善,生理盐水组无明显改善。结论:南瓜肉外用对小鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面具有显著的治疗作用。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Nangua （Cucurbita Moschata） for external application on deepⅡ degree scald wound healing in mice. Methods：Forty-eight Kunming mice＇s hair were removed ,and then they were randomly divid- ed into the normal saline control group,the Sana Ointment group,and the Nangua group,with 16 cases in each group. The model of deep Ⅱ degree scald was copied. The above three groups were given normal saline,Sana Ointment （2 mm in thickness,0. 35 mg · cm-2） and Nangua （2 mm in thickness,0. 25 mg· cm-2） respectively to evenly apply each group＇s wound in mice. Then the wound morphological changes and the mice＇s emotion and diet changes were observed; Each group＇s healing time,and tile healing rate of each phase were calculated and compared;The pathological slice was made in order to observe pathological chan- ges. Results：Compared with the normal saline control group,the healing time of the Sana Ointment group,and the Nangua group was much shorter;And the differences between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The healing rates of the Sana Oint- ment group, and the Nangna group were significantly improved, and the differences between them had statistical significance （P 〈0. 05 ）. The pathological change of the Nangua group was significantly improved,but that of the normal saline control group had no significant improvement. Conclusion：Nangua （Cucurbita Moschata ） for external application has a remarkable clinical curative effect on deep Ⅱ degree scald wound healing in mice.
