稳心颗粒对心房颤动患者炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察稳心颗粒对心房颤动(房颤)患者炎性因子的影响。方法:将220例房颤患者随机分为对照组111例和治疗组109例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上口服稳心颗粒治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后血清高敏C-反应蛋白(high-sensitivity Creaction protein,hs-CRP)、白细胞介素(interleukin,IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)的变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为58.6%,治疗组有效率为89.0%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,稳心颗粒组患者未见明显副作用。结论:稳心颗粒治疗房颤疗效肯定,且无明显毒副反应。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Heart-Stabilizing Granules on inflammatory factor of patients with at- rial fibrillation. Methods：Two hundred and twenty patients with atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 111 and 109 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine treat- ment,while the ones in the treatment group were added Heart-Stabilizing Granules based on the treatment of the control group. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative effects, changes of high-sensitivity C-reaction protein （ hs-CRP）, interleukin （ IL-6 ） and tumor necrosis factor （TNF-tx） before and after the treatment were observed. Results：The effective rate of the control group was 58.6%, while that of the treatment group was 89.0% ;And the difference between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment,serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α of the two groups were better than before the treatment;The treatment group was better than the control group;And all the differences between them had significance （P 〈0.05）. During the treatment,there were no obvious side effects in treatment group. Conclusion： Heart- Stabilizing Granules has a definite clinical curative effect on atrial fibrillation and has no obvious poisonous and side effects.
