摘　　要：目的:观察提督调神针法治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效。方法:选取2008年1月—2013年3月在本院住院治疗的缺血性脑血管病患者121例,所有患者均为脑梗死偏瘫急性期及恢复期患者,随机分为观察组61例和对照组60例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予提督调神针法治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予传统体针针刺治疗。结果:观察组治疗后NIHSS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率95.1%,对照组有效率80.0%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FMA评分、ADL评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:提督调神针法治疗缺血性脑血管病疗效显著。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture manipulation of lifting GV and regulating spirit on is- chemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods ：One hundred and one patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease during acute stage and recovery stage of hemiplegia who were treated in our hospital between Jan. 2008 and Mar. 2013 were chosen as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 61 and 60 cases respectively in each group. The ones in both groups were given routine treatment, while the ones in the observation group were added acupuncture, ma- nipulation of lifting GV and regulating spirit based on the routine treatment, and the ones in the control group were added tradi- tional body acupuncture based on the routine treatment. Results： After the treatment, the NIHSS scores of the observation group were ＇all better than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate of the observation group was 95.1%, while that of the control group was 80.0% ;And the observation group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the treatment, the FMA and ADL scores of the observation group were all better than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：Acupunc- ture manipulation of lifting GV and regulating spirit has a remarkable clinical curative effect on ischemic cerebrovaseular disease.
