疏肝健脾化瘀法联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝健脾化瘀法联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2013年6月—2015年6月收治的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,各43例。对照组给予恩替卡韦治疗,研究组给予疏肝健脾化瘀法联合恩替卡韦治疗。结果:联合组有效率为86.05%,对照组有效率为60.47%,联合组优于对照组(P<0.05);联合组治疗后ALT、AST、ALP水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);联合组治疗后HBe Ag转阴率、HBV DNA水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:疏肝健脾化瘀法联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎疗效显著。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of method of dispersing liver and strengthening spleen and removing stagnation in combination with entecavir on chronic hepatitis B. Methods：Eighty-six patients with chronic hepatitis B who were treated in our hospital between June 2013 and June 2016 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the con- trol group and the combined group, with 43 cases in each group according to random number table method. The ones in the control group were treated with entecavir,while the ones in the combined group were treated with method of dispersing liver and strengthe- ning spleen and removing stagnation in combination with entecavir. Results： The effective rate of the combined group was 86. 05% ,while that of the control group was 60.47% ;The combined group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, ALT, AST and ALP levels of the combined group were all better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, HBeAg negative transfer rate,HBV and DNA levels of the combined group were all better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The difference in adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion Method of dispersing liver and strengthening spleen and removing stagnation in combination with entecavir has a remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic hepatitis B.
