针灸治疗肝癌疼痛质量评价

摘　　要：目的:对针灸治疗肝癌疼痛的文献进行质量评价。方法:电子检索PUBMED、WEB OF SCI、EMBASE、COCHRANE LIBRARY、CBM、CNKI、中国维普、中国万方数据库,并手工检索《中国针灸》等中文期刊及其他方法补充检索。对文献研究类型及方法学、一般情况、疾病诊断及纳入和排除标准、疗效判定标准、样本含量估计、随访等方面进行评价。结果:纳入的26篇研究中,随机对照试验6篇,半随机对照试验3篇,正交随机双盲试验1篇,非随机病例对照1篇,病例观察8篇,有明确诊断标准者20篇,提及纳入标准的22篇,提及排除标准的8篇,有明确疼痛评分标准的21篇,有随访记录0篇,记录不良反应的10篇。结论:以往发表的针灸治疗肝癌疼痛的高质量研究文献数量有限,今后应积极开展高质量、大样本的随机对照试验。Objective：To evaluate the quality of documents on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of liver cancer pain, Methods ： Using electronic searches of PUBMED, OF SCI, EMBASE, COCHRANE, LIBRARY, CBM, CNKI, China VIP, Wanfang database, and manual retrieval of Chinese journals such as Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion and other methods of retrieval to evaluate the following aspects：The types and methods of literature research, general conditions, disease diagnosis and inclusion and exclusion criteria, efficacy criteria, sample size estimation, follow-up and so on. Results：Among the studied 26 articles ,6 be- longed to randomized controlled trials;3 belonged to half randomized controlled trials;1 belonged torthogonal randomized double- blind trial;1 belonged to non randomized controlled case ;8 belonged to observation of disease cases ;20 had clear diagnostic crite- ria;22 mentioned the inclusion criteria;8 mentioned the exclusion criteria;21 had a clear standard for evaluation of pain;0 had follow-up record;1 nd 10 recorded adverse reactions. Conclusion：The number of studies on the high quality of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of liver cancer pain in the past is limited,so it is necessary to actively carry out a randomized con- trolled trial of high quality and large samples in the future.
