敛瘘膏外敷对低位单纯性肛瘘患者术后创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察敛瘘膏外敷对低位单纯性肛瘘患者术后创面愈合的影响。方法:选取2013年1月—2014年12月在本院住院行低位单纯性肛瘘切开术的低位单纯性肛瘘患者60例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。治疗组给予"敛瘘膏"外敷治疗。对照组给予康复新液纱条外敷治疗。结果:两组患者临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组术后第3天、第7天肛门疼痛情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组平均创面愈合时间为(15.47±0.94)d,对照组平均创面愈合时间为(18.00±1.64)d,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后第11天、第15天创面愈合率比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后第7天、第11天创面分泌物比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后第7天、第11天和第15天创面肉芽形态比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:敛瘘膏外敷可加速低位单纯性肛瘘患者术后创面肉芽生长,促进创面愈合,减轻术后肛门疼痛。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Fistula-Astringing Ointment for external application on postoperative wound healing of patients with simple low anal fistula. Methods：Sixty patients with simple low anal fistula who received the related operation in our hospital between Jan. 2013 and Dec. 2014 were chosen as the research objects, and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were given Fistula-Astringing Ointment for external application, while the ones in the cantrol group were given Kangfuxin Liquid （KFXL） yarn for external ap- plication. Results ：The difference in the two groups＇ clinical curative effects had no statistical significance （P 〉 0. 05 ）. On the 3rd and 7th day respectively after the treatment, the anal pain of the treatment group was both better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group＇s average wound healing time was （15.47 ± 0.94 ） days while that of the control group was （ 18. 00 ± 1. 64） days;The treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In terms of the two groups＇ wound heal- ing rate on the l 1 ,h day and 15th day respectively after the treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In terms of the two groups＇ wound secretion on the 7th day and 11 th day respectively ＇after operation, the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. In terms of the two groups＇ wound granulation morphology on the 7th day and 11th day and 15 th, day respectively after operation, the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Fistu- la-Astringing Ointment for external application can accelerate the growth of granulation of patients with low simple anal fistula af- ter operation, promote wound healing, and reduce postoperative anal pain.
